"Take a peek at this watercolor, acrylic and
sculpture show featuring erotic male images. What better a way to
gear up for a night on the town with the real thing?"
And the Gay
City News went on to say -
"UK-based artist, Keith Barrell, is having
a show of his very manly men sculptures and paintings at the Montserrat
Gallery. The work is from a series Barrell calls “Male Torso”
(guess what they’re of?). But the work is intriguing, and kind
of gritty, and definitely sexy, which is the most important, no?"
I also had the pleasure in donating a work of art
to the New York
City Gay Men's Chorus Annual Benefit - Out On Stage.
This very important event, chaired by Joan Rivers provides a fun
night out as well as raising funds for the organisation.
Unfortunately we had to return to the UK prior to
the event, but we were very glad to show our support for such a
worthwhile organisation.
