About charlotte
Charlotte Rosslyn is married with three children and lives in Maidstone Kent. She has taught art for 14 years, initially in London and then in Kent.
Her training in Art began at Canterbury College of Art where she followed a one year Art Foundation Course. She went onto Goldsmiths' College, London where she took her degree in Fine Art Textiles.
The themes and inspiration running through Charlotte ’s creative work are always to do with pattern, exciting use of colour and with a strong multi-cultural influence.
Since the birth of her third child she has returned to education on a part-time basis. This has allowed her to develop her creative interests and begin to market her work.
Charlotte cannot resist starting new projects! Her latest creations are beaded jewellery pieces, which she sells at craft events.
Charlotte also produces hand painted decorative monograms to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and christenings. You can see examples of these on her website www.monogramania.co.uk.
